This private dining event is held in the Inn's beautiful Culinary Theatre. Here a skilled Chef Instructor of the New England Culinary Institute will create a four-course menu based upon your preferences then prepare and serve a custom dining experience to remember. Enhance your experience further with the addition of customized wine pairings by our Certified Wine Specialists. This overnight room package is based upon availability and requires a 48 hour minimum advance notice.

Hands-on and interactive, this three-course dinner demonstration brings out the chef in all of us! Taught by our highly acclaimed New England Culinary Institute chef instructors, you will take home new techniques and recipes as well as sit down and savor your own creations.

Rate: $90.00 - $110.00++ per person.
