Q: Do you have high speed internet access?
A: YES...The Inn features complimentary high speed internet access throughout the entire hotel. The main Inn and Governor's Mansion feature high speed wireless access, while our Manor on the Green is hard wired for high speed internet access.
Q: Do you have a shuttle van between the hotel and Burlington Airport?
A: Yes - the airport is just 7 miles from The Inn from which we offer complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle hours are 7:30am to 10:30pm Monday-Sunday.
Q: How far are you from downtown Burlington?
A: We are located in Essex - just 6 miles from downtown Burlington.
Q: Do you allow dogs and/or cats?
A: Yes, The Inn allows dogs, cats and other small pets with an additional fee of $25 per night. There is also a $300 REFUNDABLE damage deposit that is required. The number of "pet-friendly" rooms at The Inn is limited.
Q: What time is checkout time?
A: Check out time is 11:00am.
Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is any time after 3:00PM.
Q: I am relocating to Vermont and need to arrange a temporary living situation for up to two months. Do you offer extended stay accommodations? Thank you.
A: We do feature extended stay accommodations ranging from cozy studios with kitchenettes to Premier Two Bedroom Luxury units with spacious living rooms, gas fireplaces, whirlpool baths and full kitchens.
